Eligibility Criteria
Wipro Elite hiring is open to B.E./B.Tech graduates or those completing a 5-year integrated M.E./M.Tech course in 2023, 2024, 2025.
Graduates from all branches, except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, and Food Technology, are eligible.
A minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA is required throughout academic records. Full-time degrees are a must, though open schooling or distance education is accepted for 10th and 12th standards.

Position and Compensation
Selected candidates will join as Project Engineers with a starting salary of INR 3,50,000 annually. Additional bonuses include:
- 6 months: INR 25,000
- 18 months: INR 25,000 to INR 75,000
- 24 months: INR 50,000 to INR 1,00,000
- 36 months: INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,50,000
Periodic performance-based bonuses will also be provided, ensuring consistent rewards for your contributions.

- Register: Start by filling out a simple online form to enroll in Wipro’s National Talent Hunt 2023, 2024, 2025.
- Online Assessment: Eligible candidates will take an 80-minute test covering verbal, analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills. Coding ability will also be evaluated.
