Wipro has appointed Anil Chikkaveeriah as Director – Global Talent Acquisition, effective August 2026. He will be based in Bengaluru.

In his new role, Anil will be responsible for global talent acquisition at Wipro. His previous experience includes leading technology hiring, talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across service lines and industry verticals.
Extensive Experience
Anil brings around 17 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with extensive expertise in technology hiring across consulting firms and system integrators.
He has handled volume, lateral and leadership hiring, developed client-specific recruitment strategies for GCCs, GICs and captive centres, and implemented GenAI-based talent evaluation and recruitment automation.

Before joining Wipro, he spent more than four years with EY India. He most recently served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition and Attraction, where he led technology hiring across service lines and verticals.
Earlier, as Assistant Director – Talent Acquisition, he handled lateral hiring for technology consulting and developed hiring approaches for GCCs, GICs and captive organisations.
Before joining EY, Anil spent nearly seven years with Infinite Computer Solutions, where he managed technical hiring across financial services, distribution, industrial, communications, public and healthcare sectors.
He worked with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, while developing hiring strategies for India’s competitive technology talent market.

Earlier in his career, Anil worked with Source One Management Services and Mudra Infotech in business development roles.
He holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology.
